Development policy
Yamamoto Chemicals has been pursuing the customer satisfactions by putting numerous high added-value products into the market as a pioneer of “Functional dyes”. The source of this performance is our own development mind based on our recognition power to needs, molecular designing power and organic synthesis technologies. The time of light making the “Functional dyes” as its key material has been varying from hour to hour, and has been expanding its applicable field in the market to recording fields, display fields and environmental energy fields steadily. Therefore, the required needs to functional dyes have been changing varyingly. Under this circumstance, we have been fulfilling the needs from new fields by responding to the needs from the market quickly and proposing the required qualities to functional dyes always in advance.
Furthermore, recently, we have been challenging to development of functional fine chemicals in response to the rapid progress of innovation supporting the development of semi-conductor fields, information fields, precision machinery fields, air transportation fields and others.
We will plan to keep trying our duties as a research and development-led company having “Quick action” and “Mobility” by esteeming highly the “Communications” with our customers and making our accumulated and cultivated experiences and “Technologies” the foundation of our company.
Research and development system【R&D】
We have been accepting various needs from the customers in wide range of the fields such as physics, electricity and others as well as chemicals.
Our research and development system is as below. At the first step, we translate the needs from our customers into “Chemical terms”. By applying repeated and thorough “Communications” with the customers (Fully understanding of their needs), we have been providing them with the “Functional designing” meeting their needs.
At the next step, we design the specific “Molecular structure” from the confirmed “Target function”. By making full use of our accumulated and cultivated “Possessing technologies”, “Compound library” consisting of about 15,000 kinds and “Computational chemistry”, we are performing correct and adequate “Molecular designing”.
According to this designed “Molecular”, we try synthesis by applying our organic synthesis technologies which are our strong ground and submit the trial product to our customers.
After receipt of the evaluation results from the customers, we will repeat investigation for improvement aggressively and create the compound meeting their needs.
At the next step, we will perform our best efforts to provide our customers with reliable and high quality compounds through our excellent manufacturing facilities applying to each step from the trial test step to the industrialization step and meeting the requirements from the customers with high quality control capability according to our proposal for provision of the “Compound (Molecule)”.
